Day 210, Morning

Today’s morning meditation is available below in audio and script formats. The audio version is also available for free download on the player.

Reading

How long must I wrestle with my thoughts and day after day have sorrow in my heart?

Look on me and answer, Lord my God. Give light to my eyes.

I trust in your unfailing love; for you have been good to me.

—Psalm 13 (OT)

Stillness

As your day begins, spend a few moments in silence and stillness, looking to God.

Dwelling

Remind yourself you are in God’s presence and read the passage again. Notice how God might be speaking to you through the words. Dwell on a word or phrase that jumps out at you, and let your heart respond to God in prayer.
