Day 168, Morning
Today’s morning meditation is available below in audio and script formats. The audio version is also available for free download on the player.
I lift up my eyes to the mountains— where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.
He will not let my foot slip—he who watches over me will not slumber; he will not fall asleep.
The Lord watches over me— the Lord is my shade; the sun will not harm me, nor the moon by night.
The Lord will keep me from all harm— he will watch over my life; the Lord will watch over my coming and going both now and forevermore.
—Psalm 121 (OT)
As your day begins, spend a few moments in silence and stillness.
As your read the passage again, let the words sink deep into your heart.
“May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you.”
